On a rainy morning of Aug 01 2004, the 2k4 batch assembelled in the Convocation Hall of the Delhi College of Engineering. Aspirations and Hope in their faces, winners feeling in heart after conquering a relentless and tough competitive world.... Nobody knew then that 62 of them will after 4 years be able to call themselves a bonded group... Not just literally but indeed a group.. a group that we are PROUD to say as 2k4 CIVIL BATCH... All have there individual share of happiness, sorrow, fun, laughter over all these 4 yrs... but it was the collective feelings, emotions and sentiments of those 62 ppl that has compelled them to pen their thoughts about their dearest pals... their fav classmates, roommates.....
The 4 years in DCE has brought out varied personalities out of each one of us... helped us to understand how difficult the life is... and more so made us realise how easy it is with FRIENDS!!! A tribute the closest pals of each one of us.... A tribute to all the moments we have shared together... Pages that we will love to open whenever we wish.....

I must complement Abhishek on this well-written article. I would just like to make a couple of corrections to the facts stated here. Firstly, it was the morning of August 02 2004 and not Aug 1 2004(Sunday). Secondly, I believe it started raining only after we had received our time-tables and complimentary cold-drinks. :)
I do recall myself getting drenched when I entered Convo!!!!!
